3 Free Tools for Faster Writing & Avoiding Duplicate Contents

by Andi Putra on October 6, 2009

Continuing my previous posts about online article marketing, we’ll now delve into the tools that can help you write faster and the avoid duplicate contents penalty. First off, as the title suggest, all the tools below are free. You have to do some opting-in to be able to download, install and use some of them. But, trust me, they’re worth it. I’m using all of these tools in my daily affiliate marketing business and that’s why I’m recommending them to you. Cause, I’m you’ll find them as useful as I do. So, these are the tools to help you do better in article marketing.

1. Article Assistant

Before I start describing what Article Assistant is, let me give you a word of warning first: Don’t use this tool to write articles for your main blog or site. This is because Article Assistant works by aggregating articles from all over the web using your choice of keywords. So, you might get screwed over content duplication.

Whenever you performed a search with this tool, you need to think about how your topic will be used in a context of a sentence. For example, article marketing is, about article marketing, article marketing can, article marketing will, etc. See what I mean? Article Assistant will find sentences within articles containing those keywords online. So, if you’re searching for article marketing is, this tool will list 10 or more sentences containing the word article marketing is. You can then string together a sentence from one article with the sentences from others to create a relatively original article. After that, export your cut and paste article in Article Assistant as text file and edit it.

2. Mass Article Checker

Mass Article Checker is a fantastic tool for those who do article spinning. Article spinning takes your original articles and have them written differently with interchangeable words, phrases, sentences, and structures. You can learn more about it from my online article marketing post. To use this tool, you first need to write your article and create a couple of variations of it. Save them as text files and put them into one folder. After that, load Mass Article Checker and find the folder containing all of your articles. Mass Article Checker will compare them and listed the percentage of difference between each of them. Aim for 30% or higher.

3.Copyscape

Mass Article Checker is adding an online article checking tool soon. But for now, your best option for finding plagiarized version of your article online is to use Copyscape. Copyscape are available in both free and paid versions. But I’ll just talk about the free one here. The free Copyscape service allows you to find copies of your content on the web. This tool is very simple to use as well. Simply type in the address of your web page into the search box. Copyscape will then lists sites that have copied your content without permission, as well as those that have quoted you.

These are the 3 main tools I used to do my article marketing more effectively and avoid the duplicate contents penalty from Google or other search engines. Feel free to comment or tweet it if you like it.
