I wish I could do it too, but I just know that I'm too much of a "night person" to be able to do it :) I'm always sleepy in the morning but as the day progresses I get fresher and the evenings I'm full of power, for some reason :) Maybe when I get older I would have easier to change my sleeping habits. I was doing both for a while and found that an afternoon siesta solved any issues I had with not getting enough sleep. The problem is that too often there are distractions that take the siesta time away and then the whole kaboodle gets knocked out of whack. So probably picking one is best, of course, nighttime R.W. has no respect for morning R.W. and as a result, morning R.W. really hates nighttime R.W., i.e. I'll sometimes stay up late even when I know I need to wake up early and the gin and tonics aren't real great for that. Oh well, maybe I'll figure out a way to make the siesta work sometime in the future...then I have to deal with a third me, but at least we will all be well rested. Great article Andi.
